Which standards does Kalp Alloys manufacture to?
Kalp Alloys manufactures to ASME B16.5 and B16.47 for flanges, ASME B16.9 and B16.11 for fittings, EN 1092-1, DIN and BS 4504 for metric flanges, ASTM A105, A182, A234, A312 and A350 for materials, and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service.

How to write a complete line item
An unambiguous line item names six things: the item type, the size, the rating or schedule, the facing where applicable, the material specification and grade, and the dimensional standard. For example: weld neck flange, 6 inch, Class 300, RF, ASTM A182 F316L, ASME B16.5, bored to SCH 40.
An order reading “6 inch stainless flange” can be filled a dozen different ways, and the difference between them is measured in weeks of rework. Where a specification is unclear, send it with the enquiry and we will confirm the interpretation in writing before manufacture.

No. PN16 is not Class 150 and PN40 is not Class 300. The bolt circles and bolt counts differ, so the flanges do not bolt together even where the pressure ratings look similar.
